FASS TS F15 240G TITANIUM SIGNATURE SERIES 240GPH FUEL SYSTEM VEHICLE FITMENT: 2000-2005 FORD EXCURSION 7.3L/6.0L POWERSTROKE (EXTREME/RACE)

This FASS Fuel System is designed for applications with up to 900-1,200 HP. This kit includes the Fass Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kit. Machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, the Bulkhead fitting features a 5/8" Suction Tube along with a 1/2" Fuel Return Port. This Suction Tube Kit allows you to plumb the FASS return line directly to the bulkhead fitting, removing the need to cut the filler neck, and significantly speeds the installation process. The pickup tube is fabricated out of PTFE Teflon which can be easily cut to adapt to different depth of fuel tanks.

FASS Whisper Technology (FWT)
FASS Whisper Technology is Designed to meet the strict demands of modern diesel engines. This technology was tested and developed for over 2.5 years to meet FASS Fuel System's quality and reliability standards. FASS Whisper Technology drastically minimizes the sound levels of the Signature Series FASS Diesel Fuel System while also providing greater fuel flow rates.

Performance Radius Cuts (PRC)
PRC is a cutting machining technique used to enhance the flow of diesel through the FASS System by creating smoother cuts within the aluminum housing. This stops the introduction of air and vapor back into the fuel and to stop eddy currents from being created in the corner of a 90-degree angle.

Mass Flow Return (MFR)
This technology is used to polish your fuel continually by keeping positive pressure on the fuel being sent to the engine and returning the fuel that's not needed back to the tank after it has been passed through the filtration process, removing dirt, air, vapor, and water. This means your fuel is being constantly being cleaned. This guarantees that your diesel truck always has the cleanest fuel possible.

Bolt-On Bracket Mounts
The Old mounting required drilling or welding when installing your new pump. This has been simplified with the FASS bolt on brackets that use your stock bed bolt that secures your truck bed to your frame. Mounting your Titanium Signature Series lift pump takes only minutes, and all brackets are made from machined steel for superior support and strength.
