FASS TS F15 220G TITANIUM SIGNATURE SERIES 220GPH FUEL SYSTEM VEHICLE FITMENT: 2000-2005 FORD EXCURSION 7.3L/6.0L POWERSTROKE (MODERATE TO EXTREME)

This FASS Fuel System can support 900-1,200 HP. This kit includes the Fass Bulkhead and Suction Tube Kit. Machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, the Bulkhead fitting functions as both a suction tube and return and features a 5/8" Suction Tube along with a 1/2" Fuel Return Port. This Suction Tube Kit allows you to run the FASS return line directly to their bulkhead fitting, eliminating all cutting of the filler neck, and significantly speeding up the installation process. The pickup tube is fabricated out of PTFE Teflon which can be easily cut to adapt to different depth of fuel tanks.

FASS Whisper Technology (FWT)
Engineered to meet the stringent demands of today's quiet diesel engines, the FASS Whisper Technology was in development & testing for over two and a half years to make sure it met FASS Fuel System's strict quality and durability standards. FASS Whisper Technology effectively and drastically reduces the sound levels of the Signature Series FASS Diesel Fuel System while also improving fuel flow rates.

Performance Radius Cuts (PRC)
PRC is an advanced machining technique used to improve the flow of fuel through the FASS System by creating smooth flowing cuts within the aluminum housing. This prevents the reintroduction of air vapor back into the fuel and to prevent eddy currents from forming within the corner of a 90-degree sharp angle.

Mass Flow Return (MFR)
This technology is used to continuously clean your diesel fuel by maintaining a positive pressure on the fuel being delivered to the engine and the unneeded fuel back to the tank after it has been passed through the filtration process, removing dirt, air, vapor, and water. This means your fuel is being constantly moved and cleaned. This ensures that your diesel truck always has the purest fuel possible.

Bolt-On Bracket Mounts
Older mounting styles typically required drilling or welding when installing your new FASS pump. The FASS bolt on brackets are the solution that utilize your factory bed bolt that secures your truck's bed to the frame. Setting up your Titanium Signature Series lift pump takes only minutes, and all brackets are constructed from machined steel for superior support and durability.
