The FASS TS C08 165G Titanium Signature Series 165GPH Fuel System from M2W enhances fueling capabilities in your 1992-2000 GM 6.5L diesel engine. This Titanium Series Fuel system is rated at 165 gallons per hour and backed by a million mile warranty. FASS designed this system to protect your fuel system and help extend the life of your fuel injectors and injection pump. This system features an improved filtration rating of 2 Microns and FASS Diesel Fuel Systems' patented air/vapor removal process. This FASS Fuel System is designed for applications from 600 HP to 1000 HP.
FASS Whisper Technology (FWT) FASS Whisper Technology was in development and testing for over two and a half years to meet FASS Fuel System's high quality and durability standards. FASS Whisper Technology effectively and drastically reduces the sound levels of the Signature Series FASS Diesel Fuel System while also increasing fuel flow rates.
Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) An advanced machining technique called PRC is used to improve the flow of fuel through the FASS System by creating smooth flowing cuts within the aluminum housing. This prevents the reintroduction of air vapor back into the fuel and to prevent eddy currents from forming within the corner of any 90-degree angle.
Mass Flow Return (MFR) MFR technology is used to continually polish the fuel by maintaining positive pressure on the fuel being sent to the engine and returning the fuel back to the tank after it has been passed through the multiple filtration processes such as removing dirt, air, vapor, and water.
